I was awakened this morning by a raging thunder and lightening display that is shaking my house, scaring my dogs, and turning my yard into a river. The calves and chickens have their own shelters and Yard Bird and Brat Cat are safely on the front porch. Me? I'm not leaving the house until it slows down a little!
The reason I'm boring you with this is to illustrate the reality of "climate change." Our climate changes with every season, folks. We don't call the government, hysterical, begging them to raise our taxes to make summer storms go away, do we? Or offering "carbon credit" bribes to criminals like Algore to prevent excessive snowfall in the winter. Perhaps we should try to change the colors of autumn leaves and spring flowers? It would make as much sense as spending billions of dollars of taxpayer money to change something over which we have no control to begin with.
Being good stewards of the Earth is important. Falling for a con game in dumb.

What bothers me most of all is that this scheme will only further line Al Gore's pockets. He's a scam artist and should be exposed as such. Luckily, I think people are starting to see it. Even the Dems have told him to back off so that he won't be seen as the face of this ridiculous legislation. They know he's a lightning rod.
ReplyDeleteYes he is, RightOnPeachTree. A lightening rod that we don't need stuck up our backsides! Makes you wonder what B.O. (B.S.) meant when he was talking about science being "returned to its rightful place" doesn't it? Democrat science is a very strange thing, indeed.
ReplyDeleteSL, just in case you didn't make the connection, I am PopCon. RightOnPeachtree is my identity on blogger.
ReplyDeleteI'm dumber than a box of rocks! Hi PopCon! Welcome! I'm still trying to figure out what I'm doing around here. My only other blog was Orble and I was so used to them, this one is still a little confusing.
ReplyDeleteIf you send me a link, I'll be happy to subscribe to yours.
Hey S.L. global warming is taking a toll on Kentucky. Today I think we are 15 degrees below normal, I think it is coming the next ice age, wait that was what they said twenty years ago wasn't it.
ReplyDeleteAll this climate change stuff is just plain stupid, and reeks with the odor of greed of Al Gore, and others.
I know just what you mean, Lester. Yesterday was my birthday and it's never rained on my birthday before! What a thunderstorm I woke up to!
ReplyDeleteWhen they can't make up their minds if we should panic over cooling or warming, they call it Climate Change and Gore gets richer.
Stay warm!
